  1. Initial Mold Inspection

    A walkthrough focusing on any visual signs of mold growth in hot spots, musty odors, moisture, ventilation issues, and condition of the HVAC system. Mold samples can be taken in suspect areas.

  2. Initial Mold Assessment

    Air and surface sampling to identify mold species and determine spore counts and contamination levels on mold remediation projects with visible mold of 25 or more contiguous square feet. Includes sketch, moisture readings, temp/humidity, sample results and interpretation, pictures of the damage, and a protocol.

  3. Post Remediation Verification/Clearance

    Final Inspection and clearance to confirm the mold remediation was performed properly and successfully.

  4. Indoor Air Quality Testing

    Comprehensive assessment of indoor air quality in your home. What is the particulate level in your home? Do you have proper ventilation? How efficient is your HVAC? How do you control excess humidity? Is too much dust making us sick?

  5. Mold Management Program

    Learn how to prevent, control, and manage potential indoor water and moisture conditions to prevent mold growth in your home or business.
